Jacquie is a non-Indigenous ally working with Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients since 2007. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and has focused her work on supporting youth and their families experiencing concurrent addiction and mental health disorders. Jacquie places great importance on meeting clients where they are and recognizing that we all have our own journey to wellness.

Jacquie utilizes an approach encompassing cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance, commitment therapy, art therapy, emotion-focused family therapy and DBT. She recognizes that all clients are individuals, and while some will benefit from one modality exclusively, others will benefit from a more eclectic approach.
